Tired? Stressed? Not feeling your best? Let’s go back to the foundations of health.

Rebalance your body.

Replace limiting beliefs.

Live your best life.

I know what it's like to be told "everything is normal" and still not feel well.

I’m Korilynn Orth, and for over twelve years, I worked as a nurse inside conventional medicine, in the emergency department, in the community, and even in the college setting teaching nursing students. I watched it happen over and over: patients told “your labs look normal” and “We’ll continue to follow you”, while other patients were given a prescription for their symptoms, but never given any real explanation of what was actually going on in their body.

Then it happened to me.

Years of long shifts, teaching, and raising my own kids caught up with me, exhaustion that wouldn’t lift, symptoms that wouldn’t resolve, and doctors telling me my labs looked fine and what I was experiencing was “normal” in the season with young kids. I knew my body wasn’t lying to me, even if the bloodwork said it was supposed to be. So I started looking outside the system I’d spent my career inside of and it was there that I found answers allopathic medicine never gave me.

That’s the moment everything changed.

In 2020, I trained as an Integrative Health Practitioner, learning to find the why behind symptoms instead of just naming them. A year later, pregnant with my third baby, I added a life coaching certification, almost on instinct, before I fully understood why I needed it. I do now: the body and the mind were never meant to be treated separately. Real, lasting change happens when you address both.

That combination is rare. There are excellent root-cause practitioners. There are excellent life coaches. Very few are trained as both, and even fewer have the clinical background of an RN underneath it.

I bring all three: the nurse who knows when something is clinically serious, the practitioner trained to find what’s actually out of balance, and the coach who helps you build a mind that supports the healing your body is already capable of.

And I’m doing it in the same season you are. I know how to make change possible when it feels like you’re just keeping your head above water, because that’s the water I’m in too.

Our bodies are made with the capacity to heal and return to balance. Symptoms aren’t malfunctions, they are your body’s language, telling you something is off. My work is helping you finally understand what yours has been trying to say, and giving you back the energy to lead the family you’ve been pouring yourself into.

Today I’m a wife and mom of four, and the work I do now is the work I believe nursing was always meant to be, not managing symptoms, but restoring people to health. I haven’t looked back once.

If you’ve been dismissed, told you’re fine, or left wondering why nothing adds up, I would love to help you find out what your body’s been trying to tell you.
