Agreement to these terms

By visiting korilynnorth.com or sending us a message through it, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site is operated by Korilynn Orth, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. "We," "us," and "our" mean Korilynn Orth, LLC. "You" means you.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit anything through this site.

What this site is

This is an educational and informational website. It publishes articles, videos, and class descriptions, and it describes coaching services offered by Korilynn Orth. It lets you send a message asking about that work.

That is the whole of it. Nothing is sold on this website. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no payment page. Any prior terms you may have seen on this domain describing product orders, shipping, or returns are obsolete and no longer apply.

Not medical advice

Korilynn Orth is a Registered Nurse, but she is not acting as your nurse through this website. Using this site — reading it, watching a video, attending a class, or writing to us — creates no nurse-patient, practitioner-client, therapist-client, or other professional relationship, and no duty of care arises from it.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, exercise, or medication. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.

Coaching, classes, and payment

This site describes coaching services and classes. It does not sell them. If you decide to work with Korilynn Orth, that engagement is arranged separately, and its terms — scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation, and refunds — are set out in the agreement you receive at that time. That agreement, not this page, governs the engagement.

Prices and offerings described on this site are informational and may change. Describing a service here is not an offer to contract, and submitting the contact form does not book, reserve, or purchase anything. Nothing becomes binding until we both agree to it in writing.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials on this site are the genuine experiences of individual people, shared with their permission. They describe what happened for that person. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of what will happen for you, and they should not be read as typical results.

Health outcomes depend on factors we do not control and cannot foresee. We make no guarantee of any particular result from any content, class, or coaching engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or defame anyone
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or bulk solicitations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its database, its administrative interface, or any account
• Interfere with the site's operation — including probing, scanning, overwhelming it with requests, or circumventing the anti-spam protections on the contact form
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content from the site by automated means, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission

We may block, rate-limit, or refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without notice. We already rate-limit the contact form automatically.

What you send us

When you send us a message, you give us permission to read it, store it, and reply to it. You confirm that what you send is yours to send, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.

Your message is not confidential in the legal sense and no privilege attaches to it. We handle it carefully — it is never logged, never sent to analytics, and it's deleted after 24 months — as described in our Privacy Policy. But careful handling is not the same thing as legal confidentiality, and we'd rather you know the difference before you write.

If you send us an idea, suggestion, or feedback about the site or the work, you agree we may use it without owing you anything for it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — articles, videos, class materials, photographs, graphics, the site's name and design — belongs to Korilynn Orth, LLC or Korilynn Orth, or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and share a link to it. That's genuinely welcome. You may not republish it, sell it, put it behind your own paywall, present it as your own, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine.

Third-party links and embeds

This site links to other websites and embeds videos hosted by Vimeo. We don't control those services, we're not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. When you follow a link or press play, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the information on it is complete or current, or that any defect will be corrected. Some states don't allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korilynn Orth, LLC, Korilynn Orth, and anyone working with them will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site — even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to $100, or the amount you paid us for access to the site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. You have not paid us anything for access to this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Korilynn Orth, LLC and Korilynn Orth against any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

Changes to the site and terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we'll move the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't waived it.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
